APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
The board of Hercol are pleased to announce that Mr Nick McRae has been
appointed non-executive chairman of the company with effect from 1 June 2004.
Nick McRae has a wealth of experience in the direct marketing and publishing
industry. He was a former Managing Director of the South African Reader`s
Digest operation before being transferred to Australia where he was the Managing
Director for three years. On retirement from the Australian Reader`s Digest
company, he returned to South Africa and has been on the board of Hercol for 19
months.
