TRADING STATEMENT
Hercol is currently finalising its results for the year ended 31 December 2004
which should be released on SENS by 31 March 2005. Shareholders are advised
that, as a result of improved trading conditions, Hercol will be reporting a
loss of between 1,0 and 2,0 cents per share and a headline loss of between 9 and
11 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2004, compared to a loss and
headline loss of 13,3 cents per share for the previous comparable period ended
31 December 2003.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company`s auditors.
