PROPOSED SUBSEQUENT INTRODUCTION OF THESELE GROUP (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
("THESELE")
Acucap linked unitholders are referred to the announcement dated 29 March 2006
regarding the specific issue of shares for cash to Acucap"s wholly-owned
subsidiary CShell 299 (Proprietary) Limited ("the specific issue") and the
proposed subsequent introduction of Thesele as an effective 10% BEE linked
unitholder ("the disposal") and are advised that the circular containing full
details of the specific issue and the disposal has been posted to linked
unitholders today.
The general meeting of linked unitholders of Acucap to approve the necessary
resolutions relating to the specific issue and the disposal will be held at
Leinster Hall, 7 Weltevreden Street, Gardens, Cape Town on Tuesday, 30 May 2006,
commencing at 10:00.
