DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BARLOWORLD
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
BARLOWORLD LIMITED (BAW) the Trustees of the BAW Share Instalment have
declared a dividend amount of 150.00 cents per share instalment that is
payable on Monday 12 June 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 02 June 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 05 June 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 09 June 2006.
