FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
With reference to the cautionary announcement dated 23 July 2004, shareholders
are advised that the company has entered into agreements to dispose of 3 of its
fruit farms, being the Norham, Dewhurst and Sonop farms, however each of the
agreements is subject to, inter alia, the suspensive condition that the proposed
purchasers obtain the necessary funding for payment of the purchase price. The
fulfilment of this suspensive condition must take place on or before 20
September 2004, failing which the agreements will be of no further force or
effect.
Shareholders are therefore advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in their WB Holdings shares until a further detailed announcement is made on or
about 20 September 2004.
