FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
With reference to the further cautionary announcement dated 2 September 2004
shareholders are advised that further negotiations between the company and the
prospective purchasers of three of its fruit farms have been entered into in
order to finalise the transactions.
Shareholders are therefore advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in their WB Holdings shares until a further detailed announcement is made in
this regard.
