RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 18 March 2005 and
are advised that the company continues its efforts to dispose of its Sonop fruit
farm. Shareholders are also advised that the other negotiations referred to in
that announcement which, if successfully completed, may have an effect on the
price of the company`s securities are continuing. Shareholders should therefore
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a
further announcement is made.
