RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 23 March, 6 May
and 20 June 2005 and are advised that the company continues its efforts to
dispose of its Sonop fruit farm. Shareholders are also advised that the other
negotiations referred to in the announcements which, if successfully completed,
may have an effect on the price of the company`s securities, are continuing.
Shareholders should therefore continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
