WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Business Connexion shareholders are referred to an announcement released by
Business Connexion on SENS on 28 April 2006, which advised that the Company had
received, and was in the process of considering, an expression of interest from
another potential bidder, (other than Telkom Limited), to acquire the entire
issued share capital of Business Connexion. Due to the subsequent withdrawal by
this other potential bidder of the aforesaid expression of interest, the Company
hereby withdraws the said cautionary announcement.
