RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of shareholders of ELB held today, 16 May 2006, the
requisite majority of shareholders approved all the resolutions required to
implement the restructuring of the ELB operations, thereby facilitating the
introduction of empowerment through the issue of a 15% shareholding in the
newly-created ELB Engineering Limited to the ELB Educational Trust for
Historically Disadvantaged South Africans.
