Shareholders are advised that all of the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed in the notice to members incorporated in the Notice to Members, dated
24 April 2006, were passed by the requisite majority at the annual general
meeting of the Company held at 12:00 on Tuesday, 16 May 2006.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies, for
registration.
