Changes to the board and the company secretary
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements and in terms of
the implementation of the reverse take-over of the company, the following
information is confirmed:
Messrs B L Lloyd, P C Bateman, J A Bester and N Steen have resigned from the
board of the company.
Messrs L Boyd (non-executive chairman), D J Ellwood (chief executive officer), P
P Boshoff (executive), G R Forsdyke (executive), G P Lotis (executive), Ms M F
de Wet (alternate), Mr C B Brayshaw (non-executive independent), Ms D Mashile-
Nkosi (non-executive independent) and Dr A P Ruiters (non-executive independent)
have been appointed to the board of the company.
Ms L Mclachlan has resigned as the company secretary and Mr M R D Boyns has been
appointed as the new company secretary.
All the resignations and appointments take immediate effect.
