Further to the cautionary announcement dated 31 March 2006, shareholders are
advised that discussions with a black economic empowerment grouping are still in
progress which, if successfully concluded, may have an impact on the price of
the company"s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in their shares until a further announcement is
made.
