The following half-yearly preference dividends have been declared, payable to
shareholders on Monday, 26 June 2006.

The last date to trade "cum" the dividends in order to participate in the
dividends will be Thursday, 15 June 2006. The preference shares of the company
will commence trading "ex" the dividends from the commencement of business on
Monday, 19 June 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 23 June 2006.
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may take place
between Monday, 19 June 2006 and Friday, 23 June 2006, both days inclusive.
