RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of ERM held today,
all the resolutions, except for intra-resolutions 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7,
relating to the proposed appointment of directors, which were withdrawn prior to
such meeting, were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
