WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement issued by Martprop on 3
May 2006 and are advised that the discussions referred to therein have been
terminated and therefore cease to have any relevance or effect on the Fund.
Caution is therefore no longer required to be exercised by Unitholders when
dealing in the Fund"s securities.
