NOTICE OF PAYMENT OF DEBENTURE INTEREST AND DIVIDEND
The company hereby gives notice of a final distribution amounting to 51 cents
per linked unit, for the six month period to 31 March 2006. The distribution
comprises interest on debentures of 50.989 cents per debenture and a dividend of
0.011 cents per share.
The Group"s calculated consolidated net profit before tax and after the fair
value changes for the eighteen-month period ended 31 March 2006 amounts to
R211.7 million.

Linked units trade ex distribution Friday, 9 June 2006
Record date for unitholders to
participate in the distribution Thursday, 15 June 2006
Payment of distribution to unitholders Monday, 19 June 2006
Linked unit certificates may not be dematerialised or re-materialised between
Friday, 9 June 2006 and Thursday, 15 June 2006, both days inclusive.
