CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In accordance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, Johnnic
shareholders are informed that Mr CAG Molusi has resigned as a director of the
Company with effect from 23rd May 2006.
The Johnnic Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Molusi for his service to
Johnnic, particularly for the continuity provided by him following the shift of
the control of Johnnic to Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited.
