The notice of annual general meeting ("AGM"), forming part of the company"s
annual report, was posted to shareholders today. Notice is hereby given that
the AGM of the company will be held at 11h00 on Friday, 23 June 2006 at the
Holiday Inn Garden Court, Pretorius Street, Hatfield, Pretoria to transact
business as stated in the notice of AGM.
