CHANGE TO SALIENT DATES AND CLARIFICATION OF DIVIDEND AMOUNT
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 15 March 2006 relating to the
the Audited Abridged 2005 Financial Results and the JSE"s listing, subdivision
of JSE shares, Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Initiative and Employee
Long Term Incentive and Retention Scheme (collectively the "Transactions"),
shareholders are advised that the record date for the subdivision of JSE shares
changed from 9 June 2006 to 2 June 2006 in the circular to JSE shareholders
dated 13 April 2006, which incorporates the required pre-listing particulars of
the JSE.
Shareholders are further advised that the dividend declaration of 136 cents per
share as per the announcement referred to above is in respect of the JSE shares
prior to the subdivision. The dividend amount to be paid to shareholders on
Monday 26 June 2006 is therefore 13,6 cents per JSE share after taking into
account the subdivision, which is effective at 8:00 on Monday 5 June 2006.
