WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Lodge shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published by
City Lodge on 11 April 2006 and Hospitality Property Fund Limited"s
("Hospitality") withdrawal of cautionary announcement published today. In
Hospitality"s withdrawal of cautionary announcement it announced its intention
not to proceed with its proposal to acquire all of the issued shares of the
Company.
Shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised when
dealing in City Lodge shares.
