Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority, the London Stock Exchange
and the JSE Limited for the listing of 188,121,978 Ordinary shares of $0.01 each
allotted upon conversion of US$100,00,000 5.375% Guaranteed Senior Convertible
Bonds due 2009, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and JSE Limited and to be
admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing
issued shares of the Company. Dealings in the new shares are expected to
commence on 26 May 2006.
