In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 25 000 Octodec linked units on 25 May
2006 at a price per unit of 1 145 cents, with a total value of R286 250 and 15
000 Octodec linked units on 24 May 2006 at a price per unit of 1 160 cents, with
a total value of R174 000. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey
Wapnick indirectly each hold one third of the share capital in Pavburg.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
