RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Peter Papadimitropoulos and Mr Sifiso Raymond
Dabengwa have resigned from the board of directors of Peermont Global Limited
with immediate effect.
Mr. Papadimitropoulos has resigned from the board to pursue other interests. Mr.
Papadimitropoulos initially represented one of the early stage shareholders of
the company and has been a valued member of the board since 1998. He has
provided the company with much needed continuity at board level with the buy-out
of the initial shareholders of the company and the transition from an unlisted
to a listed entity.
Mr. Dabengwa is the Chief Operating Officer of the MTN Group and spends a large
proportion of his time outside of South Africa. Accordingly, he is unable to
devote sufficient time to his duties as director of the company.
We thank Mr. Papadimitropoulos and Mr. Dabengwa for their contributions to the
company and wish them well in their future endeavours.
