DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBER 122 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that dividend No. 122 on the 6% cumulative preference
shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending 30 June 2006 at the rate
of 6% per annum, (6 cents per preference share) will be paid on Monday, 26 June
2006 to all preference shareholders recorded in the register of the company at
the close of business on Friday, 23 June 2006.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:

Record date Friday, 23 June 2006
Payment date Monday, 26 June 2006
