IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT AND TERMINATION OF LISTING OF L.A. GROUP
L.A. Group shareholders are advised that the cash consideration payable by
Clifton Dunes Investments 327 (Proprietary) Limited upon implementation of the
scheme of arrangement in terms of Section 311 of the Companies Act (Act 61 of
1973) as amended, will be paid to L.A. Group shareholders on or before Wednesday
31 May 2006 and the listing of L.A. Group shares will be terminated at
commencement of trading on the JSE Limited one day after payment.
