NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2005, posted today, are identical to the abridged audited results
which were published on SENS on 30 March 2006.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Square One will be
held at the registered offices of the company, First Floor, Eastgate Park, 8
Commerce Crescent West, Eastgate Extension 13, Sandton at 10h00 on 21 June 2006.
The notice of annual general meeting is issued with the annual report, which
contains the annual financial statements of Square One for the year ended 31
December 2005.
