APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Metrofile Holdings is pleased to advise shareholders that Mr Nigel
Matthews (60) M.A. (Oxon) M.B.A. (UCT) has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 1
June 2006. He will take over Chairmanship of the Audit and Risk
Committee and join the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Mr. Matthews is Chairman of Prism Holdings Ltd and Lenco Holdings Ltd,
and a non-executive director of Massmart Holdings Ltd, Sun International
Ltd and City Lodge Holdings Ltd. He was formerly Managing Director of
Holiday Inns, an Executive Director of Rennies and Chairman and Co-
founder of Sentry Group Limited.
