Linked unitholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Acucap held at
Leinster Hall, 7 Weltevreden Street, Gardens, Cape Town today, all the
resolutions relating to:
a specific issue of linked units for cash to Acucap"s wholly owned subsidiary
CShell 299 (Proprietary) Limited ; and
the proposed subsequent disposal of CShell 299 (Proprietary) Limited at a time
and on terms that are acceptable to the Board,
were passed by the requisite majority of linked unitholders.
