DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 10 000 Octodec linked units on 29 May
2006 at a price per unit of 1 165 cents, with a total value of R116 500.
Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one
third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received in terms
of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
