In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the company has issued its annual financial
statements today, 30 May 2006 and will not be publishing an abridged report as
there are no material changes to the information previously published in the
audited consolidated financial results announcement released on SENS on 17 May
2006 and published in the press on 18 May 2006.
The eleventh annual general meeting of shareholders of the company will be held
in the AFGRI Boardroom, Block B2 Knightsbridge Manor, 33 Sloane Street,
Bryanston on Friday 23 June 2006 at 10am.
