CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given that DS Cooper has retired as financial director of
Masonite with effect from 31 May 2006. ER Roberts, the Company secretary of
Masonite, will assume duties as financial executive of the Company with effect
from 1 June 2006.
