Shareholders are advised that Arch Equity"s annual report, which incorporates
the audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2006, has been
dispatched to shareholders on Monday 29 May 2006, and contains no modifications
to the abridged audited results which were announced on SENS on 18 April 2006.
The annual report includes a notice of the annual general meeting of the company
scheduled to be convened at 11:30 on Friday, 23 June 2006 to be held at the
Lanzerac Hotel, Lanzerac Road, Jonkershoek, Stellenbosch.
