NOTIFICATION
The company has been notified by the Financial Services Board that its
Directorate of Market abuse has investigated an alleged case of prohibited
trading practices in StratCorp Limited shares in terms of section 82 of the
Securities Services Act, 36 of 2004. At a meeting on 30 May 2006 of the
Directorate, it was decided to proceed with legal action against the person that
executed the transactions.
The board hereby wishes to inform the market that the FSB has verbally confirmed
that the action do not involve any of the directors or personnel of StratCorp.
