CHANGES TO THE BOARD
FURTHER TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF TIGER BRANDS
LIMITED THAT WERE CONTAINED IN THE COMMENTARY ACCOMPANYING THE RELEASE OF THE
INTERIM RESULTS ON 17 MAY 2006, IT IS CONFIRMED IN TERMS OF SECTION 3.59 OF THE
LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS OF THE JSE LIMITED, THAT:
- Mr. Richard Dunne has been appointed as a non-executive director with
effect from 1 June 2006;
- Mr. Noel Doyle, the Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as an
executive director with effect from 1 June 2006; and
- Mr. Jan van den Berg has retired as a non-executive director with effect
from 1 June 2006.
