DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the board of directors have declared a final
dividend (No. 13) of 2 cents per ordinary share. The last day to trade cum
dividend is Friday, 23 June 2006, payable to all shareholders of Spanjaard
Limited recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday,
30 June 2006. Shares will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 26 June
2006. The dividend is payable on Monday, 3 July 2006. Share certificates may
not be dematerialised or rematrialised between Monday, 26 June 2006 and Friday,
30 June 2006, both days inclusive.
Please note that this payment date supersedes the one published in the press
today, 1 June 2006.
