FURTHER NOTICE REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF ALEX WHITE HOLDINGS LIMITED ("ALEX
WHITE")
Linked unit holders are hereby alerted to the announcement released on SENS
yesterday by Alex White advising that the scheme of arrangement in terms of
Section 311 of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973) was sanctioned by the
High Court of South Africa (Witwatersrand Local Division) and that apart from
the Registrar"s registration of the Order of Court, all other conditions
precedent relating to the scheme have been fulfilled.
