DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 5 300 Octodec linked units on 2 June
2006 at a price per unit of 1 193 cents, with a total value of R63 229.
Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one
third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received in terms
of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
