CHANGES TO NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In compliance with 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
following information is provided:
It is with great sadness that Imperial announces that Mr Eric Molobi, a non-
executive director and the Deputy Chairman of Imperial passed away on 4 June
2006.
He was a fine example of a great human being, filled with kindness, selflessness
and integrity.
He was also a great patriot a first class businessman who built up a substantial
and highly successful business in a short period. His clear minded approach and
decisiveness were the traits that were dominant in his business personality.
His untimely passing leaves a void but he will be remembered for his legacy of
contribution to Imperial, our society and future generations, for which he will
be remembered and honoured - a great son of South Africa.
His colleagues at Imperial will treasure his memory and contribution to our
group.
