RESULTS OF THE OFFER TO MINORITIES
Adonis shareholders are referred to the circular dated 12 May 2006 containing
details of the offer to Adonis shareholders by Bevdev CC to acquire all of the
ordinary shares in the company that it did not already own for a purchase
consideration of 90 cents per share.
The offer closed on Friday, 2 June 2006 and was accepted in respect of 113 600
shares, which represents 3,13% of the issued share capital of Adonis. Bevdev CC
now owns 2 602 550 shares in Adonis, being 71,79 of the issued shares in Adonis.
