RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETINGS
At the general meetings of CBS shareholders and CBS debenture holders
(collectively the "CBS linked unitholders") held on Monday, 5 June 2006, the
ordinary resolution relating to the proposed acquisition of a portfolio of
properties from associated companies and trusts of Zenprop Property Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited ("Zenprop") and the entering into of a development
agreement with Zenprop ("the proposed Zenprop transactions") was unanimously
approved by the CBS linked unitholders.
The proposed Zenprop transactions remain subject, inter alia, to the approval by
the Competition Commission.
A further announcement will be made by CBS once the remaining conditions
precedent have been fulfilled.
