Annual report
Further to the reviewed consolidated financial results of BTG for the year ended
28 February 2006 which were published on 24 April 2006, the annual report was
dispatched to shareholders today. The annual report contains no changes to the
aforementioned published reviewed consolidated financial results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of shareholders of BTG will be held at 9:30 on
Thursday, 13 July 2006 at the Company"s registered office, Bytes House, The
Avenues North, 6 Mellis Road, Rivonia, Sandton to transact the business as
stated in the notice to shareholders contained on page 173 of the annual report.
