The above options were held by FRM Strategies (Pty) Limited which is directly or
indirectly beneficially owned by the above three directors in equal proportions.
19 494 125 of the above options vested in three equal tranches on 13 February
2004, 2005 and 2006 respectively and would have expired on 15 August 2006. The
remaining 10 205 875 options vested at various dates based on the Sallies share
price reaching certain thresholds and would have expired on 8 February 2008.
