RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of New Clicks shareholders
held on Friday, 9 June 2006, approval was received for the passing of all the
ordinary resolutions in respect of the cash distribution of 11,2 cents per share
by way of a reduction of share premium and a general authority to make
distributions to shareholders by way of a reduction of share premium.
Shareholders are reminded of the following salient dates in respect of the cash
distribution of 11,2 cents per share.

Last day to trade cum cash distribution Friday, 23 June
New Clicks shares trade ex-distribution Monday, 26 June
Record date Friday, 30 June
Payment made to shareholders Monday, 3 July
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
26 June 2006 and Friday, 30 June 2006, both days inclusive.
