Changes to the board and the company secretary
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is provided:
Mr W J Burger has been appointed to the board of the company as a non-executive
director.
Mr J A M Wilson, who was previously an executive director of the company, has
become a non-executive director.
Mr K A Watson has been appointed as the new company secretary in the place of Mr
G Evans, who was fulfilling the role of company secretary as an interim measure.
Mr G Evans remains as the Financial Controller of the company.
The effective date for all such appointments and resignations was 8 June 2006.
