TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that
the financial results for the period to be reported on next will be more than
20% different from those of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the group results for the year ended
28 February 2006 have shown an improvement when compared to the previous
corresponding period. Headline earnings, which were negative in the previous
period, are expected to be between 600% and 620% and earnings per share are
expected to be between 200% and 220% higher than those achieved in the previous
corresponding period.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company"s
auditors. The company"s results for the year ended 28 February 2006 are expected
to be published on 14 June 2006.
