CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Primedia wishes to
announce the following changes to the Board with effect from 9 June 2006;
Mr Kaizer Motaung, a non-executive director, has resigned from the Board.
Mrs Melody Lekota, Group HR executive, has been appointed as an executive
director of the Board.
The Board extends its gratitude to Mr Motaung for his contribution during his
tenure and welcomes Mrs Lekota.
