Voluntary Announcement - Proposed Acquisition By Pick `N Pay Of Fruit & Veg City
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited
Pick `n Pay shareholders are advised that subject to the fulfilment of certain
suspensive conditions, an agreement has been reached in principle with the
shareholders of Fruit & Veg City Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("FVC") to
purchase the entire issued share capital of FVC.
FVC is a specialist fruit and vegetable retailer operating throughout Southern
Africa.
An additional announcement will be made to Pick `n Pay shareholders once the
terms of this transaction have been finalised.
