In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the following change to the board of directors:
Resignation:
Mr Potsishi Hendriek (Oupa) Seabi, an independent non-executive director of the
company, has resigned from the board of directors with effect from 1 June 2006.
The Board thanks Mr Seabi for his dedication and contribution.
