RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
Combined unit holders are advised that at the annual general meetings of
shareholders and debenture holders of Hyprop convened on Wednesday, 14 June 2006
in terms of the notices of annual general meetings contained in the Hyprop
annual report issued on 16 May 2006, all resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority of Hyprop shareholders and debenture holders except for
ordinary resolution 7 and debenture resolution 4 regarding the issue of combined
units for cash, which were withdrawn by the directors.
